Fitness Activities

Red Roo Adventures want your next adventure tour with us to be a spectacular success. To ensure you enjoy your adventure tour as much as possible, we provide fitness training in the lead up to your adventure so you are well prepared for your trip of a lifetime.

We provide you the opportunity to join a class that is tailored to your goals and focuses on fitness activities you enjoy. Alternatively, you can work one-on-one with one of Red Roo Adventures qualified trainers. We will listen to your goals, assess your fitness level,and set you goals that once achieved you will be proud of. At Red Roo Adventures, it is all about creating a sustainable fitness program that allows you to participate in the adventure tours of your dreams.

If you are planning to take advantage of some of the great outdoor activities that Sydney has to offer, we can help you train for those too. Red Roo Adventures can get you in shape for the Seven Bridges Walk, City 2 Surf and Spring Cycle – check out our Fitness Activities available.
