Want to do a Red Roo Adventure Tour? Feel you need to increase your strength and fitness before you do a tour? Be part of a fitness program, led by qualified trainers, who listen to you, assess your fitness level, and set you exercise goals that when achieved, you will be proud of.

Train with a smile on your face, get fit, feel and see the results. You can work one-on-one or in a group. The choice is yours. It is not just sweat, pain and muscle fatigue. Our fitness programs are all about a balanced and sustainable approach to exercise. Variety. Common-sense. Enjoyment. Mind, body and soul.

True to the Red Roo Adventure philosophy, training is outdoors and in beautiful spots in and around Sydney; away from traffic, yet accessible to fit into a hectic schedule. We also recognise that 9 to 5 is now not the standard working day. Sessions are held throughout the day and evening, to cater for everyone’s work and family commitments.

Many of our clients work out with us in order to prepare for some of Sydney’s fun and exhilarating outdoor activities – the Blackmore’s Running Festival, the Seven Bridges Walk, and Sydney’s Festival of Cycling. Similar to our tours, these events introduce you to parts of Sydney that you may not have been exposed to – they will leave you awestruck with the amazement of sights and scenery that is at your front door.

Starting soon our program of exercise and fitness activities will include:

  • Power walks
  • Half to full day walks
  • Running sessions
  • Swim techniques
  • Kayaking
  • Cycling skills
  • Cycling tours
  • Strength, flexibility and conditioning
  • Meditation and yoga

To attend a group session, you need to purchase a single pass or book of passes, and book on-line to one of the sessions. Passes start from:

  • $20 for one pass/session
  • $90 for a book of 5 passes/sessions
  • $160 for a book of 10 passes/sessions 
  • $300 for a book of 20 passes/sessions

Our instructors have a variety of qualifications including: biomechanics, sports medicine, natural therapies, and body movement. They are all Cert IV qualified, have first aid training and insurance, complying with the fitness industry’s standards.
